For the delivery, the customer selects his/her address or enters a different address. The customer chooses the delivery method. Any remarks to the online store administrator can be entered in the “notes” box. The delivery of on-line store products is carried out by Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., or another delivery service provider, as contracted by Juha studio d.o.o.

The delivery service provider reserves the right to verify, in an appropriate way, the identity of the recipient (access to personal or other documents), as this ensures that the ordered goods are handed over to the right customer.

For all purchases with destination within European Union, the delivery costs depend of the weight:

• Up to 1000 g: 9,40 €
• From 1000 g to 1500 g: 13,40 €
• From 1501 g to 2000 g: 18,40 €
• From 2001 g and above: 29,40 €

For all purchases regardless of their value, the delivery costs depend of the weight:
